Health Scan

To identify and understand your company requirements Holmes Place will meet your employees and carry out a unique 'wellness scan ' , developed and used only by Holmes Place. This takes approximately 15 minutes and can be carried out in the workplace at a convenient time.

We take 4 basic measurements and assess:
  • Resting Heart rate
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Mass Index (ratio of height and weight)
  • Body fat % (the amount of body weight that is made up from fat)


Crucially, you will also receive a full company report detailing this information – this means you can see how healthy your company is and what essential changes you can make.

We also ask three questions based on our philosophy of move well, eat well, feel well. From this information , Holmes Place will produce individual reports which are sent to your employees – these can be used to tailor a unique move well, eat well, feel well programme to the individual.

Holmes Place offers a variety of educational services, to support our philosophy move well, eat well, feel well.

The topics we cover include Nutrition, Back Care and Cardio Fitness. These can take place in the form of a seminar, 6 week course or 12 week course, depending on your requirements. We can also deliver them in one of our clubs, or in your offices – Holmes Place comes to you!
